Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only, so please call in
advance so that our staff may reserve a time for you. We
make every effort to be on time for our patients, and
ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.
Occasionally, emergencies do occur which may cause a
delay, but we will always try to honor your appointment
time.
It is our office policy to confirm appointments 24 hours
in advance. Our staff makes every attempt to contact you
the day before your appointment. However, if we have not
been able to reach you, your appointment may be taken
off of the schedule. We would appreciate it if you call
us to confirm the day before your appointment if you
know that we will have a difficult time reaching you, so
that you will not lose your appointment time.
Cancellation of Appointments
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify the
office staff by calling (765)649-3388 in Anderson or
(317) 578-1933 in Fishers.
No charge will be made for missed appointments,
provided at least 24 hours notice is given so that the
time reserved for you may be made available for other
patients. If you have a personal emergency, please let
us know as soon as possible.
We are unable to function efficiently if patients forget
their appointments and do not show up at their scheduled
time. We are also unable to continue treatment for
patients who habitually cancel appointments at the last
minute or who constantly "forget."
Emergencies
The office has reserved a limited time each day so that
emergency patients may be scheduled quickly. If you have
a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call as
early in the day as possible.
Telephone
For the doctor
to leave a patient being treated to answer every
telephone call would obviously be unfair to the patients.
The office staff has been trained to answer most
questions or to relay answers to you from the doctor. If they are unable
to answer your questions, arrangements will be made to
have one of the doctor
return your call as soon as possible.
Fees and Payments
Every effort is being made to keep down the cost of
dental care. You can help us by making your payment at
the time of your visit. You will be given an estimate of
the approximate total fee at the beginning of treatment.
Several methods of payment are available,
1. Payment at time of visit is the customary method.
2. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, and
Discover.
3. We also have financing available for those who
qualify with Dental Fee Plan and Care Credit. Interest rates are
reasonable and approval rates are high. We do not carry
accounts. There will be a $15.00 charge for returned
checks.
Insurance
For your convenience, our office staff will submit
charges for services to your insurance carrier, but we
consider the patient primarily responsible for the
account. In other words, the service provided by any
dentist amounts to an agreement between the patient and
the office. The insurance relationship constitutes an
agreement between the carrier and the patient. If you
have any questions about any aspects of your group
dental coverage, these should be discussed with your
employer, union, or group association providing
protection. Both want you to receive the best dental
care and maximum insurance benefits to which you are
entitled.
Thank You!
We thank our clients for the confidence they have placed
in us. You may rest assured that we will do everything
in our power to make your visit to our office as
pleasant as possible.
