Meet Dr. Smith   Dr. Smith graduated from Indiana University Bloomington and the I.U. School of Dentistry Indianapolis. Dr. Smith is a recognized instructor for the Laser and KCP1000. He also graduated from the Midwest Implant Institute extern program.
